Joe confirmed via text before calling me to take my payment, which was super helpful, as I often will not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize or wasn't expecting, even if I need to talk to the person. I often take a lot of time to prepare for social interaction and this really made it less of a headache. Thanks!"
