"I had Joe recommended to me through family members and haven't regretted it for a second. He helped me find steep savings on my auto insurance and made the signup so easy I was done within 20 minutes and had new ID cards in my email within 5 minutes after that. When I changed titles on vehicles he got back to me within an hour of me panic calling for an updated auto policy right before my appointment. "We have been with State Farm for over 60 years. We’ve had a few different agents for one reason or another. When our agent retired, I immediately reached out to Shawn Higgins. His team is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and responsive. One of Shawn’s team members, Joe, has been my go to. He knows the business inside/out and, consequently, I trust him and we have developed a great relationship. He understands what good customer service is and goes above and beyond with every interaction. Joe has always answered my questions in a very honest and professional way. He takes time to explain “the why” not just “I don’t know. that’s just SF’s policy”. As a customer, if I know “the why” then I can better understand the change. Whether I have a question, need to file a claim or pay my premium, I know Joe will handle it properly from beginning to end, including a confirmation email or phone call letting me know everything’s done. I don’t have to worry when Joe is handling things because he is thorough, and I know it will be done right. He is also excellent about giving me a heads up about any mail that may be coming my way from State Farm. He’s also good about reminding me of upcoming premium payments. I appreciate Joe so much and am grateful that he is part of Shawn Higgins Stare Farm Agency. Joe cares. Joe makes the insurance world a better place. Every office needs a Joe!"
